short description
The Cotton Bag of Adi Tribe is into the fine traditional bag of textile craftsmanship from Arunachal Pradesh, India. This is completely hand-made and is characterized mainly by its vertical stripes and beautifully intricate motifs, which blend harsh and subtle shades, such as green, blue, and whitish-red. The design consists of five box prints with upside-down couplet triangles, producing a very rich pattern that is aesthetic within the deep-rooted adis culture. Structurally, it constitutes basically three portions-the two handle strap cloths and the central dorsal body. The stitching is completely internal so that no seam is visible from the outside to give an elegant look. The little tassels put at the bottom corners add to it decorative charm.

description
It is as much as an agnoment, although the bag has a utility-oriented impaction. It is mostly used by the people during the collection of small type crops, and also used for exporting tribal harvested items. A testimony is really the craftsmanship of these cotton bags with regard to the weaving skills of the Adi representatives, which have been transferred and preserved from generations to generations, rich in the textile heritage of the Adi tribe.
